We've tried to keep our return and exchange policy simple and fair. Let us know if you have any questions that aren't answered here.

If you're not happy with any product, definitely return or exchange it. We want you, and your baby, to be happy!!

• Within 90 days of purchase, any EssentialWhites.com purchase may be returned for an exchange or full refund, excluding shipping/handling charges, no questions asked.
• After 90 days, only unused items may be exchanged for “store credit” or for another item.
• Within one full year of purchase, any bodysuit with a manufacturing problem like seams or snaps may be returned for “store credit” or for another item. Note that this policy applies to normal use, average wear and tear only.

Here's the process:

1. Mail it to us (we recommend you send the package insured or at least with tracking). Of course, if we made a mistake with your order, we'll refund the postage.
2. Include a copy of your receipt.
3. We'll process your return right away. Within 1-2 weeks of receiving your package, your account will be credited, or a refund or exchange sent.
