Holiday Shipping and Service Information

Our office will be closed from December 24th through December 28th. Orders placed after 10:00 am on 12/23 will be shipped on 12/29. Telephone Customer Service will resume on 12/31. Email Customer Service and 24/7 online ordering will continue to be available.

Free Ground Shipping Special Offer

Orders over $48 qualify for free ground shipping. You will see a notice in red on the cart page when your order qualifies. Continue with the checkout process. On the shipping page you will have an option to choose Free Ground Shipping for $0. If you qualify for free shipping and choose an expedited method we will credit your order for $7.50 when it is processed in our office.

Delivery

Please note that orders are processed and shipped the next business day after they are placed. Ground ship orders may on rare occasions be processed and shipped two business days after they are placed.

Ground:

Ground shipping is $5.00 for 1 or 2 items and $7.50 for 3 or more anywhere in the US. Your package will arrive in 5-7 business days from the order date.

Second Day Air:

The price for expedited shipping is determined by the weight of your order. It is approximately $18. Your package will arrive 3 business days from the order date. (That means that a Second Day Air order placed on a Monday will ship on Tuesday and arrive on Thursday.)

Next Day Air:

The price for expedited shipping is determined by the weight of your order. It is approximately $41. Your package will arrive 2 business days from the order date. (That means that a Next Day Air order placed on a Monday will ship on Tuesday and arrive on Wednesday.)

If you are really in a rush to get your package delivered, you may call our offices prior to 12:00 pm (noon) Central Time on any business day to inquire if a new order may be shipped that day for Next Day or Second Day delivery. We will do our very best to make that happen for you.

International Orders:

Please call or email for shipping charges and to place your order. Any duties or taxes incurred will by your responsibility.
