Pricing

All shipping and handling prices are based on weight and destination. For the exact shipping amount you will need to place the item(s) in your cart, go to the checkout page and enter your shipping address to calculate the cost. You will see several options for ground and expedited delivery from which to choose. (Please note that PO and military boxes must ship USPS, not UPS.)

Delivery

Domestic (USA):

• First Class (13 oz or less): Your package will arrive within 6 business days from the order date
• Priority Mail: Your package will arrive within 4 business days from the order date
• UPS 2nd Day Air: Your package will arrive 3 business days from the order date
• UPS Next Day Air: Your package will arrive 2 business days from the order date
• Please note that we cannot ship UPS shipments to Post Office Boxes (PO Boxes)
  or military boxes.

If you are really in a rush to get your package delivered, you may call our offices prior to 12:00 pm (noon) Central Time on any business day to inquire if a new order may be shipped that day for Next Day or Second Day delivery. We will do our very best to make that happen for you.

International:

Please note that for all international orders any duties or taxes incurred will be your responsibility. Please also note that if you choose to return or exchange your items you will need to pay for shipping and handling of each package sent either by you or by us.

Delivery:

• First Class Mail International varies by destination and takes approximately two to six weeks for delivery.
• Priority Mail International takes approximately six to ten business days for delivery.
• Express Mail International takes approximately three to five business days for delivery.
